Insert 1 partition into the 2 holes in the base plate. 2. Insert the 2 partitions together, then insert the bottom of the assembled partition into the 2 holes in the base plate. 3. Turn the base plate up and then use the silicone rings to fix the 4 ?ǣT?ǥ bumps on the surface. 4.
